inch, thick cardboard greeting card includes a birthday message that can
be read and listened to. In order to play the flexi-disc record that
is attached to the inside of the card, it requires that the center hole be
punched out and for the card to be separated on the perforated, folding
edge. The
card was produced by American Telecard, Inc. of Los Angeles,
California. The
record was made by Columbia Record Productions and includes a short
message with music and dialog from Disney characters Mickey Mouse, Huey, Dewey,
Louie and Pluto.
The story on
this record has Mickey in for a surprise when he tells Huey, Dewey and
Louie they can't teach Pluto to sing Happy Birthday to their little friend who
gets this card.

Mickey Mouse is a cartoon character created by
Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks. Mickey debut in the animated cartoon Steamboat Willie in November of 1928.
